Return Preferences<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept returns for defective products only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because alcohol-retail laws restrict the resale of returned bottles, Barbara Beverage cannot accept change-of-mind, opened, or non-defective returns. We do, however, stand behind every bottle we sell. If a product reaches you damaged, defective, counterfeit, or incorrect, we will make it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Exchange Preferences<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, we accept exchanges, limited to defective or damaged items only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible exchanges may be made for the identical SKU or, if the item is unavailable, store credit of equal value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Acceptable Return Condition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a return to qualify, it must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In its original sealed condition, unless the seal or packaging damage is the defect being reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In its original packaging, including the original outer carton when shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accompanied by your order number or original receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For damaged bottles, photographs of the damage are required and must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Return Window<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damage or breakage reporting window: 48 hours from delivery, with clear photographs required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Holiday \/ Extended Return Window<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Items ordered between November 15 and December 24 as gifts may be returned through January 15 of the following year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standard return-condition rules above still apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. How to Return Your Item<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may return an eligible item by any of the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>a) In-Store<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bring the item, original packaging, and your order number or receipt to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barbara Beverage<br>3960 W 16th Ave #208<br>Hialeah, FL 33012<br>United States<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In-store returns are reviewed and processed during store hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>b) Local Drop-Off or Pickup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For qualifying local-delivery customers in the Hialeah area, we may schedule a return pickup or provide drop-off instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email <a href=\"mailto:info@barbarabeverage.com\">info@barbarabeverage.com<\/a> with your order number to begin the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>c) By Post \/ Mail<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email <a href=\"mailto:info@barbarabeverage.com\">info@barbarabeverage.com<\/a> to initiate a return. Our team will reply with full return instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Return-label policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Defective, damaged, counterfeit, or wrong item: Return shipping label is provided by Barbara Beverage at no cost where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any other eligible return: Return shipping may be the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For mailed returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service with Adult Signature 21+ Required where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Restocking Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No restocking fee is charged on eligible returns involving defective, damaged, wrong-item, or counterfeit products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For approved eligible returns, you will be refunded 100% of the product price, subject to inspection and approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Refund Processing Time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspection: Up to 3 business days from the date we receive the returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund issuance: Within 2 business days of inspection approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Time to appear on your statement: Usually 5\u201310 business days for credit cards, 1\u20133 business days for debit cards, and up to 7 business days for ACH or bank transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Total refund time to customer: Typically 7\u201315 business days from when we receive the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, bank account, or payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Order Cancellation Before Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may cancel any order for a full refund before it has been dispatched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once a package has been picked up by the carrier or local delivery driver, the order can no longer be cancelled. However, the standard return process remains available if anything is wrong on arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Counterfeit &amp; Provenance Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every premium, allocated, and rare bottle we ship is reviewed before it leaves our store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you suspect a bottle is counterfeit, contact us immediately. We will investigate the claim and, where appropriate, take back the item, issue a refund, replacement, or store credit, and review the supply chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11.
