Accepted Payment Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barbara Beverage accepts the following payment methods at checkout:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In-store only: Cash, contactless tap, and accepted card payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not accept gift cards from other retailers, personal checks, money orders, cryptocurrency, or store credit toward online orders unless explicitly issued by Barbara Beverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. When You Are Charged<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your payment method is charged in full at the time you place the order. We do not split charges or invoice after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your card declines, the order is not created and no goods are reserved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Pre-Authorization Holds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some card issuers may place a temporary pre-authorization hold on your account when an order is initiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the order does not complete due to a declined card, address validation failure, age-verification issue, or checkout error, the hold typically clears within 1\u20137 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barbara Beverage does not control the timing of pre-authorization releases. Currency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices, fees, and totals are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your bank converts the transaction to another currency, the exchange rate and any conversion fees are set by your bank, not by Barbara Beverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Sales Tax &amp; Applicable Alcohol Taxes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicable sales tax, local tax, and any required alcohol-related taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taxes are itemized separately on your order confirmation where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Florida orders, applicable Florida sales tax and county discretionary surtax may apply. Alcohol-related excise taxes may be included in retail pricing where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Billing Address &amp; Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may use Address Verification Service, CVV verification, fraud-prevention checks, and age-verification tools to help protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mismatched billing addresses are a common cause of declined payments, so please double-check your details before submitting your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Payment Security &amp; PCI Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All payment processing is handled through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barbara Beverage does not store your full credit or debit card number on our servers. Saved Payment Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you choose to save a card to your customer account, only a tokenized payment reference is stored with the payment processor. We do not store the actual card number or CVV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may remove a saved payment method from your account settings where available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Failed or Declined Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your payment is declined:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The order is not created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No inventory is reserved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may be returned to checkout with a payment error message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Common reasons for declined payments include insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect billing address, CVV mismatch, issuer-blocked transaction, or fraud-prevention review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the issue continues, please contact your bank or card issuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10.
