Black Button Apple Brandy Finished Bourbon comes from their reserves. The spirit spent 2 years in its American white oak cask (no. 2073) before being transferred into a freshly harvested apple brandy barrel, where it spent another 2 and a half years. This results in a fruity 119-proof expression that's ― naturally ― available in very limited quantity.

Tasting Notes

The nose has gentle spice notes along with floral and pine aromas, hints of licorice, and candy apple. It's full-bodied with sweet ripe apples and honey on the palate. The finish is long with lingering oak, baking spice, and dry apple notes.
