Blue Spot spends at least 7 years in a combination of ex-bourbon, sherry, and Portuguese Madeira casks. Tasting Notes
The nose is fruity and tropical with pineapple, kiwi, banana, and lime, as well as a touch of spice, baked apple, nuts, and oak. The palate is smooth and equally fruity with clove, black pepper, sweet spice, vanilla, and cinnamon, culminating in a complex and rich finish with lingering notes and a pleasant warmth.
