They are all winners of several awards. Bib & Tucker 6-Year-Old Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is an award-winning whiskey, crafted from a mash of 70% corn, 26% rye, and 4% malted barley and aged for an average of 7.5 years in No. 1 charred American white oak barrels. The sweet and complex palate is very well-balanced, and the finish is soft and lingering. Blade & Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is one of the very few solera-aged bourbons existing, and it is made by using the last remaining stock of whiskey distilled at the original Stitzel-Weller Distillery.

Tasting Notes

Bib & Tucker 6-Year-Old Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey has a soft aroma of vanilla, freshly mowed grass, and leather-bound books. The palate is nice and smooth with notes of sweet fruit, vanilla beans, caramel, and dried apricots. It all comes together in a complex and lingering finish with some hues of chestnut. Blade & Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey has a restrained nose with hints of citrus, mint, oak, and green apple. The palate is very fruity with notes of apricots, figs, and pears dominating the undertones of cereal and grain. The finish is long and filled with notes of oak and vanilla. Widow Jane 10-Year-Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey has a full aroma of butter, cream, and toffee. The palate is sweet with notes of cherry wood and honey, while the finish is a bit spicy.
