Each of these pairs differently with the spirit, the first bringing sweetness, tart cherry, herbs, juniper, spice, and anise notes. The Colombian chocolate brings cinnamon, black pepper, and cayenne to the table, while the Belizean chocolate has tropical, pear, and citrus notes.
