Eagle Rare is an award-winning lineup of ultra-premium bourbons from Buffalo Trace that are aged 10 years and up, with each barrel carefully selected by hand for its exceptional traits. The 17-year-old Eagle Rare is released annually as part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection. The bourbon was distilled from a sour mash of Kentucky corn, Minnesota rye, and North Dakota malted barley in 2002. It then spent more than 18 years in new, #4 char white oak casks in Warehouse P. Tasting Notes
