IV boasts a rich and complex 11-year-old wheated bourbon, matured in Islay Scotch casks and bottled at a whopping 111.0 proof. Tasting Notes
A bouquet of warm aromas on the nose, including toasted marshmallows, rich sandalwood, and a touch of sugar plums, marzipan, and creamed corn. The palate hints of a winter campfire, with notes of mesquite BBQ, leather, and a tinge of piped tobacco and cedar. The finish is lingering and pleasant.
