Hibiki Whisky was launched in 1989 as a celebration of Suntory's 90th anniversary. Today, the brand celebrates the art of blending through a lineup of harmonious whiskies that are among the most highly awarded Japanese whiskies in the world. Launched in 2022, Hibiki Blossom Harmony is a blend of malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. Crafted by fifth-generation Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo, the whisky was finished in cherry-picked sakura (Japanese cherry) casks that imparted the spirit with delicate floral and spicy aromas. Bottled at 86 proof in 2022, the whisky is a limited-edition release.

Tasting Notes

The nose is floral with sakura blossom and a hint of olive. The palate is gently sweet with acacia honey, pear, and sakura mochi notes, culminating in a rich, long, and sweet finish.
