He moved to Kentucky and founded his own spirits company: Rabbit Hole. Rabbit Hole Distillery crafts modern bourbon with a vision of challenging the status quo within bourbon. Rabbit Hole Founder's Collection: Raceking Double Chocolate Malt Bourbon Whiskey is no different. It starts with 5 distinct grains (70% corn, 13% rye, 10% malted rye, 4% chocolate malted wheat, and 3% chocolate malted barley) and 3 different malts. The whiskey is matured in handcrafted, wood-fired, toasted, and charred casks for 6 years before being bottled non-chill filtered at a cask strength of 109.8 proof.

Tasting Notes

The nose is sweet with brown sugar and cocoa. Look for cinnamon, cherry, tobacco, and nutty notes on the palate with distinct oak and leather. The finish is long and rich with lingering chocolate.
